Our unique process breaks the 10-phases of facility expansion into four steps.  Each step is considered seperately.  There is no need for your church to contract up-front for ‘all-in’ project costs including pre-construction, design and/or construction.  Our process allows churches to contract only for the steps currently needed, reducing out-of-pocket costs and limiting future liability. We believe churches need to contract seperately with a Planner, Architect and a Builder.
