Lamar Slay and Billy Goff formed the PCC Network in 2005 to be a resource for growing churches.  Lamar had been in full time ministry for over 35 years, serving in some of the largest churches in America.  As a consultant, he saw many churches searching for assistance in areas that were unfamiliar to them and often having to settle for less than excellent results, particularly in the areas of facility construction and expansion.

Upon aligning with Billy, the PCC Network had it's beginning. Later architect, Ken Franch, was added to the team followed by a number of companies who all serve the local church in highly specialized fields. These areas include strategic planning, church design, construction, technology solutions, financing, accounting, security, capital campaigns, marketing, insurance and fulfilling staff positions.  All of these companies are led by committed believers, involved in a local church and committed to growing the Kingdom.
